Typically, the cycle from confirming the design plan to production and delivery is approximately 30-45 days (the exact time may vary slightly depending on the complexity of the customization and material availability). We will specify the exact delivery milestones after signing the contract to ensure on-time completion.

When installing a staircase, please note: First, confirm that the staircase slope, step height, and space dimensions match, ensuring that the load-bearing capacity is met. Solid wood steps require pre-planning for expansion joints; welded joints in wrought iron railings must be rust-proofed; after installation, check the railing spacing (no more than 11 cm) to avoid safety hazards. Staircase cabinets must precisely fit the staircase structure and be securely fixed to prevent wobbling. Regarding costs, individual retail includes basic installation guidance; customized models or complex layouts require an additional professional installation fee; wholesalers can enjoy a one-stop on-site installation service, subject to the contract agreement.

For individual retail purchases of standard styles, most support a minimum order of 1 piece. However, wholesale purchases have different requirements, with a minimum order quantity of 2 pieces or more.

Choosing a staircase cabinet requires considering the staircase structure and space requirements. In terms of length, it must perfectly match the length of the space under the stairs, making precise use of every inch. The height depends on the slope of the stairs, ensuring at least 10 cm of clearance between the top of the cabinet and the bottom of the stairs to avoid a feeling of oppression. The depth is generally 40-60 cm, adjusted according to the size of everyday stored items (such as clothes and miscellaneous items) to ensure smooth opening and closing of cabinet doors and drawers, while also coordinating with the overall style of the stairs to achieve a balance between space utilization and aesthetics.

In retail scenarios, shipping costs for TV cabinets purchased online are mostly calculated based on weight, volume, and transportation distance. Large items typically cost anywhere from tens to hundreds of US dollars. For wholesale purchases, shipping costs are often linked to the minimum order quantity. For large-volume purchases, GAMASH will cover part or all of the shipping costs, which must be clearly stipulated in the purchase contract.

Size selection needs to consider both the room size and the TV's specifications. In terms of length, a 1.5-2 meter TV stand is suitable for small living rooms, 2-2.5 meters for medium-sized living rooms, and over 2.5 meters for large living rooms, or even a custom-made full-wall stand. The TV stand should be at least 20 centimeters longer than the TV, and TVs larger than 75 inches require an even longer stand. The height is usually 40-60 centimeters, ideally with your eyes level with the center line of the TV when seated on a sofa. The depth is generally 40-60 centimeters, but for custom-made stands, a depth of around 55 centimeters is recommended. Leave a 10-centimeter gap around the TV area for ventilation.

Installation Precautions: Confirm the wall's load-bearing capacity beforehand (reinforcement plates are needed for hollow walls) to prevent cabinet detachment; measure and reserve locations for water and electricity outlets to prevent obstruction after installation; ensure the floor is level, the cabinet is vertical and stable after installation, and hardware (hinges, drawer slides) is adjusted for smooth opening and closing.
Cost Explanation: For standard-sized sideboards (without complex structures), we will provide installation instructions; if wall reinforcement, irregular-shaped installation, upstairs transport (without elevators), or remote on-site service are involved, an additional fee of $30-$300 will apply.
