After the raw materials arrive at the factory, they need to undergo "appearance inspection (no damage to the board, no cracks on the countertop)→ performance testing (formaldehyde content of the board, countertop hardness) qualification review (suppliers provide environmental testing reports and quality certification certificates)", and can only be stored after passing the inspection.

✅ Drilling and installation: Automated screw machines drill and install hinges/slides. Screw torque is controlled at 1.5-2N·m to prevent loosening, falling off or over-tightening damage.

✅ Packaging inspection: Inspect cabinet appearance (no scratches, no color difference) and hardware (no missing, no damage) first. Qualified products are double-packaged with thickened cardboard and protective film, plus external warning signs.

✅ Cabinet Assembly: Assemble boards and hardware into complete cabinets. Post-assembly checks ensure flatness (error ≤1mm) and perpendicularity (error ≤0.5mm) for structural stability.

Pre-Delivery Quality Inspection

✅ Cabinet Appearance: 360° inspection with uniform lighting + visual check. No damage, no color discrepancy, joints ≤0.5mm, flat structure.

✅ Hardware: Verified against list (no missing), no rust/damage, moving parts operate smoothly without jamming.

Post-Installation Quality Inspection

✅ Cabinet Appearance: Re-inspected (no damage), fits walls/floors, no tilting/wobbling, uniform gaps.

✅ Hardware: Fully installed, door/drawer operation smooth with no jamming or abnormal noise.

Basic Double-Layer Protection

✅ Outer layer: ≥3mm thickened cardboard (tear-resistant, compression-resistant);

✅ Inner layer: PE waterproof protective film (fits tightly to prevent scratches, dust and moisture). Double protection against transportation friction and humidity.

Targeted Protective Accessories

Additional protection based on product type to avoid collision damage:

✅ Cabinets: ≥5mm cardboard corner protectors to enhance impact resistance of edges;

✅ Countertops: Protective film + bubble wrap + ≥15mm independent wooden frame, with high-density foam filled inside to disperse force and prevent breakage;

Cross border shipment

By sea freight, cooperate with customs clearance companies to complete export customs clearance, provide FOB quotation method, sea freight delivery time is about 30-45 days, air freight delivery time is about 7-10 days, provide logistics tracking number after shipment, facilitate customer tracking of logistics information.

Transportation guarantee

In case of "packaging damage or product damage" during transportation, customers need to take "photos of the damage+logistics waybill photos" within 48 hours after receiving the goods. After contacting customer service for verification, the damaged parts can be reissued free of charge (the shipping cost is borne by the manufacturer).
