After showing Daisy some of our previous projects, she showed great interest in GAMASH products and was very satisfied with the quality of the wardrobe. Daisy abandoned her idea of ​​buying bookcases, wardrobes, and cabinets from Europe and opted to buy from GAMASH instead.   • Installation Precautions: Confirm the wall's load-bearing capacity beforehand (reinforcement plates are needed for hollow walls) to prevent cabinet detachment; measure and reserve locations for water and electricity outlets to prevent obstruction after installation; ensure the floor is level, the cabinet is vertical and stable after installation, and hardware (hinges, drawer slides) is adjusted for smooth opening and closing.

    Cost Explanation: For standard-sized sideboards (without complex structures), we will provide installation instructions; if wall reinforcement, irregular-shaped installation, upstairs transport (without elevators), or remote on-site service are involved, an additional fee of $30-$300 will apply.

  • For individual retail purchases of standard styles, most support a minimum order of 1 piece. However, wholesale purchases have different requirements, with a minimum order quantity of 2 pieces or more.

  • Multi-layer solid wood sideboards are preferred (moisture-resistant and stable) and solid wood (environmentally friendly and high-end). For door panels, options include soft-touch boards (delicate feel), glass (transparent and textured), and solid wood (versatile style), depending on the kitchen's humidity and overall decor.

  • The cost varies depending on the material, size, and craftsmanship. Basic particleboard sideboards cost approximately 500-800 RMB/㎡, multi-layer solid wood sideboards cost approximately 800-1500 RMB/㎡, and solid wood or high-end designs can reach 2000 RMB/㎡ or more. Custom hardware and lighting strips will incur additional charges.

We support free replacement of defective parts; for items that severely affect usability, we can negotiate a return and refund.

  • Basic Double-Layer Protection: The outer layer uses thickened cardboard (≥3mm thick, tear-resistant and compression-resistant), and the inner layer is covered with a PE waterproof protective film (tightly adhered to the furniture surface, preventing scratches, dust, and moisture). This double protection addresses friction and environmental moisture during transportation.

    Targeted Protective Accessories: Additional protection is added according to product type to prevent collision damage—
    ✅ Cabinet: Cardboard corner protectors (≥5mm thick) are pasted at corners to enhance edge impact resistance;
    ✅ Tabletop: A protective film is wrapped in bubble wrap, then fitted into an independent wooden frame (frame thickness ≥15mm). High-density foam is filled between the tabletop and the frame to distribute stress and prevent breakage;
    ✅ Small Parts: Accessories (hinges, screws, etc.) are placed in a special cardboard box, then wrapped in protective film and thickened cardboard to prevent loss and deformation due to compression.

  • In retail scenarios, shipping costs for wardrobes purchased online are mostly calculated based on weight, volume, and transportation distance. Large item logistics costs generally range from tens to hundreds of US dollars. For wholesale purchases, shipping costs are often linked to the minimum order quantity. For large-volume purchases, GAMASH will cover part or all of the shipping costs, which needs to be clearly stipulated in the purchase contract.

  • When installing a wardrobe, please note: For floor-standing wardrobes, level and secure them to prevent tipping. For wall-mounted wardrobes, select expansion screws according to the wall material to ensure load-bearing safety. Before installation, confirm the wall's flatness, avoid obstructing electrical outlets, and check that cabinet doors and drawers open and close smoothly. Regarding costs, for individual retail buyers, we will guide you through the installation process. For wholesalers, we support a one-stop on-site service.
